Since each painting is custom printed for our clients, we cannot offer any returns, unless the prints are damaged on arrival.
IF PRINTS ARE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
All prints are insured for damages, however, illuminArt Designs will have final decision if a print is to be replaced. Clients will need to submit closeup detailed photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving their delivery.
PRINTING AND DELIVERY TIMELINE
Understanding the nature of the custom printing and mail and delivery time involved, expect your orders to be processed within 14 days after payment has been cleared, which excludes banking processing of checks, holidays and weekends.
CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED
We accept checks for payment. Customers need to mail us a check with a copy of the order for processing. All Bank Checks will need to clear our account prior to any order being processed. Banks can take up to 5 days to clear checks locally and may take up to 10 days for out of state and international checks. To avoid banking delays here is a link to set up a Bitcoin wallet and to buy Bitcoins in order to expedite your order by paying with Bitcoins. Download a digital wallet to your mobile phone like the Edge Wallet https://edge.app and then within the app you can purchase Bitcoins to load your wallet. Once you have your Bitcoins, you can make instant payments for our prints.
BITCOIN IS ACCEPTED
We offer the fastest processing for payment with Bitcoins. We will call you to setup a Zoom call in order to process the peer to peer transaction. The call will be on the same day as your order and could be within 1 hour of your order being received. We will supply you with a Zoom link via email with your order to make this process seamless. Please check your SPAM folder for your receipt if you cannot find it in your email box right away. The receipt email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are an international client please download the Signal app for free and encrypted calling from your mobile phone.
NO CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED
We don’t accept payments from credit cards, as these purchases are too volatile and unpredictable due to possible delays placed by banks on merchants for larger orders.
NO PAYMENT GATEWAY FEES
Payment gateway charges or transaction charges are also one of the additional fees that you might see added during checkout, and some vendors will hide these fees. We don’t have these charges since these are added to credit card purchases which we don’t use on our Web site. With the increasing use of online payments, some payment services charge a commission for every transaction they facilitate. So vendors often transfer all or part of these fees to their customers depending on the payment methods that they offer in their online store. We never have any payment gateway fees, saving you money on all your purchases here.

For international orders, please add a 5% fee for both shipping and insurance costs.
